Catherine Griffis graduated Cum Laude with Departmental Honors and a Masters degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2004. She recently accepted the position of Research Manager for the Amputation Prevention Center at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa where she is working with Dr. Lee Rogers to develop a center of excellence in diabetic research. Prior to her arrival at Broadlawns, Catherine served as Research Manager for the Center for Lower Extremity Ambulatory Research (CLEAR) in Chicago, Illinois under the guidance of David Armstrong, DPM. Catherine is responsible for the oversight of all regulatory and contractual matters related to clinical research and serves as clinical coordinator on a number of industry-sponsored trials. She has worked in a multitude of clinical settings and continues to publish and consult on clinical research operations in private and academic practice nationwide.
Catherine Griffis serves as Research Manager for the Amputation Prevention Center at Broadlawns Medical Center. She is the external liaison to federal, industry and academic agencies.
